INVOLVEMENT/ROLES: Global Event Security Planner @ META via Milestone Technologies

In this role, Lilly has faced a multitude of challenges, including the transition from Nebraska to California and the adjustment to a new environment. Starting as an event administrator, but unfortunately, had to witness the departure of her co-workers/mentors in November 2022, just three months into her tenure. In the dynamic events industry, where routines are rare, Lilly embraces Meta's "Move Fast, Be Bold" philosophy, demonstrating resilience and a relentless drive to contribute more to her team.

Given that her background is in the events industry, she is able to transfers her skills and demonstrates a meticulous approach to planning and executing security services for CEO/Leadership. Leveraging her expertise, Lilly orchestrates events for Luxury Branded B2B meetings, conferences, and summits, collaborating with renowned brands such as Ralph Lauren, Chanel, Sephora, LVMH, and L'Oreal, and managing attendee counts ranging from 150 to 2000.

Proactively, Lilly takes the initiative to develop and implement Global Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and being blueprint for many projects to be implemented/replicated on a global scale. With a hands-on approach, she oversees event support on the ground as needed, ensuring the seamless implementation and continuous effectiveness of the security plan. Furthermore, Lilly diligently documents, reports, and monitors lessons learned from all events, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in security protocols.
